How do I order?

Pick your products, enter your shipping address at checkout and choose how you want to pay. You don't need an account.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bitcoin. Prices are in EUR.

I don't have any crypto. What can I do?

You can buy Bitcoin or Litecoin with a card or bank transfer through Mt Pelerin (link on the Shipping & payment page and on your order page), then send it to your order address. Mt Pelerin is an independent provider with its own fees and ID checks.

Why does every order get its own payment address?

So we can match your payment to your order automatically, and so payments from different customers can't be linked through one address.

How long until my payment is confirmed?

We check for your payment automatically every few minutes. As soon as it is confirmed on the blockchain, the status on your order page changes.

What if I send too little or pay too late?

If you send too little, your order page shows how much is missing. Just send the rest to the same address. A payment that arrives shortly after the timer has run out is still detected.

Where do you ship and what does it cost?

Germany: €4.90 (free from €60.00) · European Union: €7.90 (free from €100.00) · Rest of world: €14.90.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

How can I check my order status?

Keep the link of your order page. It shows the payment and shipping status. Orders placed on this device are also listed under My orders.
